Challenge

For over ten years, Tanooki’s growth relied heavily on the personal networks of its co-founders, Eric and Dave. However, by early 2025, those networks had matured, and new business opportunities began to slow. The dual-account approach allowed us to double the impact and reach from 800 to 1,600 InMail messages, keeping the pipeline warm and active across multiple segments of their target market.

In just five months, StratDev generated 40 high-quality opportunities for Tanooki, with an industry-leading 97.5% meeting show-up rate.
