Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the provision of services private and secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

StratDev, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

StratDev, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
